Flickering in the Winds of Change

Well, life is all around and death too. One embracing the other as lovers do. In every moment there is creation, and creation also implies destruction. What wasn't is and what was isn't, and life continues on the fly. And yet permeating through all the changing remains the unchanging. Still, so still.
Beyond the cycle of life and death, is simply being. And this is still conscious. It just is. And yet it expands from perfection into the undulations of activity, and there ... there are promise and demise, flickering in the winds of change.
Wha! What a space to be in. What a way to manifest! Be this, be that, and at the same time, know you are neither. You are neither the dust you infuse with life nor the shambling personality you have hired for a while.
So there is a way to be free even while you are here. Let it all flow, surrender to the knowing, give it all up and rejoice in the texture of the world, while you may.

  1. Mmmm nicely put.

I've been thinking recently that this body is just a vehicle which enables me to travel to places I want to go on my journey while I'm here. The vehicle is not the driver, just as well because it decays (and my own vehicle is in for repair at the moment).

  2. Hey Phil, and what a useful body it is for navigating this extraordinary world. And as you look at your body, you send it love and it responds to that.
